Figured easier coverage & keeping together with the turkey (which would be kept moist by all that fat obviously). At smaller (home) scale I imagine it'd be less of an issue tho.

Disabled and out of work, trying to make it through winter with more stability (I didn't pay December rent until it was January and I had some days I didn't even eat cuz I was afraid it'd make paying bills even harder). I already deal with mental health issues in addition to physical disabilities and honestly need less stress than I get.

I had a dream about food so good I didn't want to wake up.

In it I was at a seafood restaurant right on an oceanfront. A key dish involved both deep fried softshell crab & the meat from steamed crab legs, covered in a sauce made w/ butter, garlic, chilies, orange juice, & flamed Hennessey (???)

Another dish in the dream was wood grilled jerk spiced lobster tails served with coconut rice & beans and a spicy crawfish bisque. The bisque was rich and thick enough people would either eat it as is or dump it over the lobster and rice like it was gravy.

I want seafood so bad now 💀
