Every time I write a new post in WordPress nowadays, it feels as though the Editor is more and more incomprehensible. It was the ease with which I could just write that drew me to WP in the first place, but every new release seems to make it more complex and difficult.

I used to share lots about my work and my struggles / thoughts at work; but since becoming an EM 4.5 years ago; I have shifted to sharing less. Partly because my reports are still with me and I rather not embarrass them.

What I’m realising is that there’s random things I say or point out that help them which I can probably share without any context. Soo I’m thinking those might be useful to share.

Because I do miss sharing the random thoughts that used to pop up in my head.

Good idea or not?

Ich weiß, ich bin spät dran mit der Einbindung eines Parallax-Effektes (mit fixiertem Hintergrundbild).
Aber ich bin doch schon einigermassen verwundert, dass Safari die Basis all dessen nur auf dem Desktop neuerdings so halbwegs kann.
Und alle Beispiele sehen entweder greulich oder uninteressant auf dem iPad aus.
Niemand macht progressive enhancement.
Ist auch die Frage, WIE.

Ich habe mich nie damit beschäftigt, weil ich es für Effektheischerei halte.

Jetzt wird es gewünscht....

2019 jetbrains publishes a howto to be able to step-debug twig templates. Yes! The user-edited ones. As well as the compiled-to-php ones.

Lucky me stumbled over it when I needed exactly that functionality right now!
