Apple does not sell your data to a taxi app. Apple does not transmit your keystrokes.

FluffyChat, according to their privacy page, uses FireBase for Push notifications. If the message content is transmitted through them, and the taxi app uses firebase too, they could—theoretically—associate your data with both accounts and push you ads for another service on behalf of the taxi app.

It’s probably just a coincidence… and I’d be alarmed too, but I’d start blaming other companies before Apple, as they tend to horde your data for their own use, not sell it. Apple hates sharing.

A long time ago I was asked by a friend my opinion of transgender people using their restroom that corresponds to their true gender (the one that does not correspond to their birth sex). My answer was this:

I don’t give a fuck who you are, I don’t wanna shit next to you. All bathrooms should be individual, floor to ceiling walls, so I can shit in peace.

The real ban should be on group shitting.

If they overpaid people who are struggling for money, and who have no choice but to spend that money, then that’s their problem. They need to correct the amounts in the future, suck it up and take the loss. I’m sure someone in the organization can be blamed and reprimanded.

We can take the excess out of the military budget, and try harder next time to make sure the math is right.
