@cferdinandi I know you already know this, but just gotta state for the record: if the daily standups are lasting over an hour, something is terribly, catastrophically wrong. (Also I'd hope everyone on that team would be complaining mightily. That's an awful productivity drain!)
They're called "standups" because they're supposed to be so short that everyone could stand that long, like ≤10 minutes. (An ableist assumption, ofc, but...) If they're over 15, folks should push TF back. /petpeeve
