Is It True That Single Women and Married Men Do Best?

Many people have referenced these studies across the internet for years. However, in this article, something struck me in particular: "An example of research that found no sex differences is the longest-running study of longevity, which has been going on since 1912 (discussed here). Results show that the people who lived the longest were those who stayed single and those who stayed married." (Psychology Today, 2017).

What do you guys think about all of this?

I think it speaks for itself. Choose your life partner correctly, or stay single. There is no need to get married if you aren't 1000% sure that you have found the person you are ready to commit to a life-time of relationship maintenance with. Your literal life span depends on it ;)

It makes sense. If you’re in a shitty relationship, it adds stress. Stress is bad. So, bad relationship is bad.
