And then there’s the web page, RentAHitMan.com. It’s a parody site, plainly marked as such, but every once in a while some body for real submits a request for a hit. The owner promptly reports them. A Canadian woman was convicted. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RentAHitman.com
