@MakerTube I've had an account for a while, but have only just started getting around to uploading some of my videos.

I must admit I hadn't spotted the whole YouTube thing so is there a resource-optimal way to add videos?

I wasn't going to import all my videos, just a selection and then new ones.

I have no specific timescale to work to - so very happy to space them out :)

@diyelectromusic I asked this when I set up my account and was told it doesn't really make a difference whether you import everything at once or drip-feed it. This advice might have changed in the last few weeks though.

What I would say from a user pov is please don't just publish a ton of videos all at the same time! Do space them out! It's better for people browsing recent videos but it's also better for your channel anyway.

@thegiddystitcher Yeah, I've seen some people bulk-uploading and it does somewhat swamp the feed!

I'm only uploading a few at a time when I get a moment or two :)

@diyelectromusic Good plan. You can also import a load of them as private and then update the info / schedule them to publish later, which is handy.
