@aardrian Considering UserWay also used my tweets in support of the Overlay Fact Sheet in very misleading ways (to make it seem like I supported overlays), I have a personal issue with that company ON TOP of the fact it tends to break keyboard navigation for me. To hear this... wow. Financial incentives for making the industry worse.

@kitwinter Yup, stole my content as well.

So just remember that LA leadership chose to effectively put UserWay in charge of LA now. It made that choice of its own free will.

@aardrian so he gets to stay as CEO, and becomes VP, and gets paid $100 million, all for actively making the world a worse place… i'm used to being disappointed by capitalism, but this really makes me utterly sad

@hi_mayank Not all that ~$100mil goes to him. A chunk of it will buy out shares. But his compensation is certainly going to be more impressive than feels warranted.

Here I am disappointed in LA for making that person its leader. It had choices, and this is the one i made.

@aardrian I somehow missed the part in that news release that mentions that the UserWay CEO will not only remain CEO there, but will also become President of Level Access.

Your point about this being like releasing the fox into the hen house with a high five i(high paw) Is apt.
