Sometimes we forget to celebrate the wins. The original update to the ADA that introduced WCAG standards had an exception for password-protected instructional materials. People from all over wrote to encourage the government to remove this exception. The government listened and the final rule will require public higher education institutions to make their instructional materials accessible. Hopefully, this will apply to all higher education institutions in the future. #accessibility
