@altlife 😂 i don’t think it’s come up yet but i was a chef most of my life (after covid started I started my own business cultivating mushrooms 🍄) but Indian cuisine is my favorites 🤤
@enoch what! Such a nice surprise. I also love cooking. When it comes to Indian cuisines I hardly ever eat out. I love making it myself. Being a vegetarian is really easy in India and we are spoilt for choices haha. Also I'm watching your film. It's so funny. They found him in garbage bin. And the conversation is hilarious. 🤭
@altlife oh that’s awesome!! And same! I never eat out bc i love to cook so much 👨🍳 and I don’t think ppl understand that back in the day countries traded gold and silver for Spices from India 😋 they are that delicious and the different combinations are the best in the world imo. Lol 😂 right?! That was a classic and I can’t wait for you to finish bc the end is hilarious 😂
@enoch as for mushrooms I'm allergic to them 🤭 they're so pretty though I love watching them grow in wild rather than eating them. Not to all mushrooms but I don't risk it.
@altlife wow i passed out last night 😂and oh no 🙉 I’m so sorry you’re allergic to 🍄! I put them in almost everything but my business is cultivating medicinal 🍄 and grinding them into powder and filling vegan capsules and I distribute them like that so i don’t sell gourmet mushrooms except to friends and for myself 😋 this is what one of my monotubs looks like
@altlife when you cook them you diminish some of their medicinal benefits and you get all benefits when they’re consumed raw but they’re also not as tasty without being sautéed with butter and garlic/shallots so capsules are the easiest way to consume them raw
@altlife omg they’re insanely awesome. We get all of our antibiotics from mushrooms 🍄 lions mane for ex (and my most popular) is amazing for clarity, memory, focus as well nerve health, alleviate anxiety and depression, fights carcinogens and boosts the immune system. And that’s just one 🍄 they all have benefits like this when consumed raw. I could talk about 🍄 all day 😂
@altlife 😂 right?! And i don’t know if you saw the post before that with all the medicinal qualities it has but flavor wise it’s like crab or lobster so a lot of vegans use it as a substitute for those 😋
@altlife 😂 i do know that ppl can be allergic to one mushroom and not another so I’m keeping my fingers crossed this is one that you’re not allergic too🤞❤️
@altlife 😂 knowing the effects of the allergies i don’t blame you. And I’m not sure if an infinitesimal amount is enough to know for sure and that’s all I’d be willing to try 😂
@altlife 😂🙌 that one is a gem 💎 the only movie i can think of close to it is “My cousin Vinny” and Some other favorite comedies …
Office Space
The Big Lebowski
There’s something about Mary
And Rushmore and bottle Rocket are hilarious and both Wes Anderson who i love
@enoch haha all of this I've seen. I'm not a Charlie Sheen fan probably that's why I skipped this one. I finished watching it. Hilarious liked the ending also. 🤣
@altlife 😂 same. I like his brother Emilio much more honestly. oh nice! These are all great so I’m happy you’ve seen them 🙌 i did somehow forget “The Darjeeling Limited” also wes Anderson and filmed in
Rajasthan, India — I think Shooting mainly took place in Udaipur and Jodhpur.
😂 wasn’t it great!?🤣 i will totally send more when I think of them 🙌❤️
@enoch I love that film. I love most of Wes Anderson films. Also Udaipur is my favorite city in Rajasthan. Jodhpur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer are also very nice but I resonate more with the quiet life of Udaipur. Lovely lakes and great food there!
@altlife 😍 that makes me so happy! That film is especially awesome to me 🥰 oh I want to visit someday. It looks so beautiful and I’m all about quiet life (and great food). I was running a B&B and catering weddings in central Oregon before covid started and I was never happier. On a 500 acre ranch with lakes and rivers and horses. 🥰
