Helix, 1 year ago Xi received 2952 votes out of the 2952 NPC delegates present. I’m pretty sure getting exactly or over 100% of the vote is much more likely in a fascist government than it is in a democracy. Is it possible for parliamentary members to abstain from the vote? Why did nobody do it?
