scrummy, 10 days ago @ai6yr I realize it’s not the right season, but here’s what I did: Sanitize equipment. (Not sterilized. A weak bleach solution works, but there are commercial products as well) Buy cold pasteurized cider (a fall thing normally) Put in fermentation vessel, add yeast and wait a week or so for fermentation to complete.
