Awoke with a headache and stiff neck after a fitful night. Advil and Arnika should help. How I'd love to have an uninterrupted nights rest. I'd gladly settle for more than 2 hours at a clip. On the plus side, was greeted by a thunderstorm when I awoke. Just a gentle rain with occasional rumbles; nothing extreme (they're due this afternoon). @Wildebeest C’est la prochaine option si ça ne va pas mieux en fin de semaine. Je me suis fait écarteler mercredi par un rhumato, ça va déjà mieux, mais il faut savoir être patient ^^

@CamilleXMorgan Surtout qu'il faut généralement attendre que les inflammations se soient calmées avant de se faire manipuler, ça peut sinon être contreproductif. @Wildebeest Je suis très "ostéopathe" pour ma part. C'est rare que je n'ai pas eu de résultat...

@jenbanim One could probably make that. You take some beans and mash them into a mold and pouch it. Not sure exactly how to replicate the skin though. Maybe broil it after poaching to get a get a crust or laquer on some sugary sauces in the oven?

Dur week-end passé à refaire l’électricité et casser les actuels salle de bain et toilettes en vue d’une rénovation/modernisation depuis longtemps repoussée. I am at Cafe Bruce in St Kilda this morning. The owner, Bruce, listed all the famous Bruces and found pictures for the wall. Bruce Wayne and Bruce Banner, Bruce Willis and Bruce Springsteen. Robert the Bruce. Bruce Lee. I can see Bruce Spence and Bruce Almighty. So many Bruces.

**the smaller version of this, with eggshells and not the whole egg, works great. I once did this at a camping trip where someone forgot to pack coffee filters, to everyone's amazement. Apparently, knowing how to make cowboy coffee is NOT a skillset of people nowadays.
Tried a new Coburg cafe today: Grounds of Eden. I had the fabulous Avocado Garden, with avocado and a kale/pomegranate salad on charcoal sourdough with avocado, egg, beetroot hommous and a side of halloumi, along with a few candied nots, lychee and fig and some fresh orange segments + Lemon wedge. Very fresh and tasty! @timrichards wentmore old-style with scrambled eggs

@franksting citric acid works extremely well too - it’s about 98% of what’s in espresso machine cleaner, and costs about 1/10th as much. Squirt of dishwashing detergent to get the other 2% of stuff

Interesting, the alcohol content in the hard cider served at La Crêperie de Paris at Epcot is only 3%. Going to brew up a batch of some kind of hard cider here today, probably, and all the recipes seem to be double that. #alcohol#brewing#homebrew

Oat milk has won the milk wars for the most part. There are still some special case where a little coconut or something is nice, but oat milk is default for me.
