cobalt, Another made-up family dinner success. Never tried to do this before but noticed skillet bowls are now popular for frozen meals. This morning I cooked frozen hash browns to add to leftover taco-seasoned diced beef to make a “taco” skillet breakfast. Had 1/2 can Rotel fire roasted diced tomatoes and peppers to add. 4 eggs for fluffy scrambled eggs to mix in and crumbled tortilla chips, shredded cheese.
