@nic Dw i'n siŵr bod ti'n gywir. Does gen i ddim lot o gyfle i ymarfer, ond dysgais i fwy ar ôl dechrau siarad ar Skype a darllen nofelau, efo fy ffrind.
Mae 'da fi stiwdents sy yn eu 6ed flwyddyn o ddosbarthiadau sy bron byth yn siarad Cymraeg tu allan i'r dosbarth yn Aberteifi, ac mae gen i ddechreuwyr sy'n mynd i bob achlysur maen nhw'n gallu cyrraedd, heb boeni am eu ‘lefel’ bondigrybwyll.
I have students who are in their 6th year of classes who almost never speak Welsh outside of their class in Cardigan, and I have beginners who go to every Welsh event they can get to, without worrying about their so-called 'level'.

Welsh language events in the Cardigan area.
The original trigger for me to start this newsletter was someone in an Intermediate class saying "there aren't many Welsh speakers round our way, and there aren't any Welsh-speaking events".
This guy lived near Crymych!
For those who don't know it, Crymych has a Welsh-medium secondary school, a theatre, a rugby club, and now a community-owned pub, all of which put on Welsh-language events throughout the year. It is one of the ‘Welshest’ communities I know in our bit of Cymru.
The week he said this, there wasn't a single evening that either one or both of us wasn’t out of the house at some event or another, all in Welsh, all (fairly) local.
But without access to a 'papur bro' (which he claimed to have never seen, although there was a stack of them in the classroom) or an actual or online social network yn Gymraeg, he had no way of knowing what was happening around him.
