It’s got a very Twee sound, certainly the vocals anyway. Very cutesy.
It’s from the soundtrack to the low budget horror-comedy film “See you later Cowabunga: La maldición del cenachero diabólico!”, a film about a demonic Cenachero (dancing fisherman) that features all sorts of cool bands (e.g. Los Straightjackets) and musical numbers.
