In my attempt to lose fat I'm reintegrating 24h fastings. I plan to do them weekly.

First one started yesterday and I'm eating today at noon. It's going better than I thought, but I know that first times are easier and it's only when my stomach understands I trick it that it will try to compensate for the deficit during the remaining weekdays.

Of course I'm also being careful on regular days. The rule is to end every meal with a bit of sustainable hunger.

I started back my intermittent fasting which lasts 17+ hours and ends with a run. I have chucked off weight before with this and lord knows I need that now.

@bomkatt @JustBrogrammer some people run marathons and half marathons fasted. It's convenient because you're sure you won't need the toilet during those 2+ hours

@s1m0n4 @bomkatt @JustBrogrammer I stop eating around 7pm (small bowl of cereal & milk), and usually don't eat until after I get back from my morning run around 9am or so. In the past, I’ve felt sick to my stomach if I had breakfast before running. 🤷🏻 We're all different.
