@passthejoe Silverblue with Flatpaks for literally everything that can be is basically my approach with Beyond; I love Fedora for pushing out a mostly untainted GNOME and a solid base, but I don't really care for the RPM/dnf ecosystem. So as much as possible, I'd love to just lean on Flatpak/Flathub, especially as that's where GNOME is publishing their apps directly, anyway.
@mattdm@vwbusguy@sesivany@passthejoe No clue about what might be different in Fedora, but I've been forcing the Firefox Flatpak to run Wayland Only for well over a year here on openSUSE,and it's been fine.
@passthejoe nope it provides rpm Firefox with all the codecs already, I'm using the native Firefox myself. It has all the hardware acceleration goodies 😊
