Firefox crashed after long inactivity Spanish

Hello, I have a new pc and installed w10 from 0 with all the programs that I have always used; the problem is that firefox has crashed after a long inactivity, the same thing happened on my previous pc i thought it was because i had mistakenly deleted the information from the roaming folder, but not because the event was repeated today, this is happening since firefox 113. now what i have changed lately is this value

gfx.webrender.all is set to FALSE
&
gfx.webrender.software is set to TRUE (now I have set it to false to see how it works)

/kbin logotype
Erikovick,

I think that the problem was solved by setting the original value to gfx.webrender.software - false and I have not had a shutdown after these 2 days

Do you see any crash report ids in about:crashes?

Erikovick,

no, it's the first and I don't have any reports :(

igorlogius,

no trace on the system and no trace in the browser log my next suggestion would be to create a second profile besides your existing one without making any modifications to it and see if you can reproduce the issue in some way with it. That should make it clear if the issue is settings related or might be something to report on bugzilla as a general bug.

Erikovick,

Ok, that's what I'll do these days and see what happens

igorlogius, (edited )

I would suggest you take a look into the system event logs. Maybe there is something that will indicate the reason for the crash.

Erikovick,

I have checked and nothing the only error is the same one that has been presenting since version 113 with the default browser agent, I am really starting to hate firefox I mean bugifox always breaks something with each update while edge, opera, vivaldi etc have improved a lot I think I'll stop using firefox after 11 years

igorlogius, (edited )

well, you can do what you want, but if you are interested in further analysing the issue, i’d suggest you take a look at about:crashes and see if you can find anything there. if you post your findings, i am sure people here will be happy to try and help you out. If you decide against further investigations then i still wish you the best of luck in finding a solution you’ll be content with.

Erikovick,

As I said, it was the first time so I didn't generate the report, previously, it happened on my other PC but I don't have those reports and now there is nothing

igorlogius,

I understood from your first sentence, that it happend again now on your current PC and that might find something on the about:crashes page there now.
