Squatting with slant boards vs without

I’m a tall guy with poor mobility. I’ve been at the gym for a year and working on my mobility every workout. I improved massively in many areas except for my ankle dorsiflexion, which still sucks. While I can go low in the squat, it requires me to lean forward and I get sore (DOMS, not pain) lower back after squatting....

I want to purchase a piece of cardio equipment to use for when the weather and/or pollen are bad so that I can do LISS. Anyone have any recs? How valuable can simple circuit training exercises be to maintaining a decent body

If I do 3 sets of pullups, pushups/dips, rows, crunches/planks, and squats, one after another is that enough, along with good diet, to keep me in generally good health including cardio? Will I quickly reach a plateau and need to change into a more traditional bodyweight program?
