They’re definitely talking about temperature, and I think most would understand it that way, because the layman might not even know the connection between higher temperatures and better heat engines, but economically speaking it’s not super relevant. Well, sure, not in the ~2000 are guys like Putin or the Saudi royals. We all know they have way more than just a billion, but we can’t prove it. Then again, there’s a lot of mean people who are still poor. I’ve met some.
