I invested in a set of runes so I'll be interested to see how they'll either preserve the power level or compensate us. Having a legendary relic from the get-go would be nice.
My pessimistic idea is that they'll give us an extra few relic choosy boxes.
My optimistic idea is that they'll give us some kind of "token" that lets us skip the monetary components of a legendary relic, but still has us engage with the collection/crafting aspect of it.
