Morning Folks! Yesterday I transitioned over into World Tier III in #Diablo4 Season 4, and am starting to feel confident at an attempt to complete the World Tier IV dungeon.
Also noticed that Blizzard has both a free trial available on Battle.net and has the game on sale for $35. It is also part of Gamepass now for those folks. They seem to really want folks back.
Morning Folks! It took almost a year of tweaks, updates, and outright system reworks... but I feel like #Diablo4 is now in a really good place with a very fun core mechanical loop.
Yesterday Season 4 launched and this morning I talked a bit about my experiences so far.
Yeah so... I am getting scatterbrained lately. I just realized that I did not actually share my morning post.
Basically this morning I talked about wrapping up the final Challenge in #PathOfExile that I planned on going for... my hunt for the Cat Chair in #GW2 that I literally just posted a picture of getting... and my thoughts about the #Diablo4 season start.
I still want #LOTRO to let us carry our shields on our backs when not in use, but apparently the mystery of that has been lost through the Ages...at least in this world.
So, I started playing World of Warcraft again this weekend ... 😁
I've been playing it on and off since just after its European release in 2005. My oldest characters have reached legal drinking age. 😅
I stopped playing in 2021 as I really disliked the Shadowlands expansion. The one before was excellent, and I'm now playing Dragonflight from 2022, which also seems good so far. There is a new one coming after the summer or thereabouts. We'll see how long I last this time!
@veronica It's a waste of time (as you already know). Once I realised how computer games work by addicting people through the brain's reward system, I felt like a complete idiot levelling up or grinding or whatever you may call it. It doesn't matter if you play WoW, Minesweeper or Tetris. I've been clean for at least 15 years now, and I never looked back.
Instead, I picked up bass playing again. Playing in a band is the best cooperative multiplayer game I can think of. #gaming#MMORPG#music
Just a heads up that World Of Warcraft: Cataclysm classic is now live, so going forward any new World Of Warcraft classic VODs or let's plays will just be known as World Of Warcraft classic.
