Hard #cider tastes like bruised apples and yeast to me, and since I eat a lot of fruit including apples, I really don't like the taste of bruised apples. That explains why I don't like hard cider. :blobfox3c:
@tk Maybe that's why I don't like cider either. I don't like the taste of bruised or oxidized apples either. That's why I'm really into Honeycrisp and the child apples of it. Cosmic Crisp is a really good child apple that doesn't oxidize immediately.
