On Saturday, more than 100,000 people gathered in Kozhikode, also known as Calicut, in the southern Indian state of Kerala in support of Palestinians.
The rally was organised with one clear message: “Save Palestine, save humanity; end Israel’s attack on Gaza; free Palestine.”
The IUML said the rally “aimed to draw international attention to the ongoing crisis in the region” and the “need for international intervention and dialogue to achieve absolute peace”.
