Why do they always pull the “I need a car because my family member” card? If you’re gonna be a selfish self-absorbed grifter who wants to leech off everyone and everything at least own it honestly. “I need a car because I want one, but dont want to pay for it. Please tell me how to con someone while covering my ass legally” boom simple honest language

BonesOfTheMoon,

Why not just walk into a dealership and help yourself to a car? Make a license plate out of a Denny’s placement that says “Dis Mah Car Now” using a Sharpie.

omega_x3,

It has to be at a 45° angle with red sharpie for the magic to work properly

LesserAbe,

You know what they say, “if you don’t ask you don’t get”

BonesOfTheMoon,

Well yes you have a point.

HootinNHollerin, (edited )

You just also might get prison or bankruptcy

paultimate14,

Would a sovereign citizen ask to be pointed towards a law? I expect most would find ways to claim that whatever “alphabet boys” come after them don’t have jurisdiction, or explain why existing property laws don’t apply to them.

This seems to me like just an open and honest fraudster.

TheFriar,

“I’m trying to find out how/why it’s okay”

That’s them pretty much asking exactly what you’re saying. They want the “loopholes” for an excuse. Boiler plate sovcit shit. “How can I get this shit for free with some fake jumbo jumbo hooey?” If they’re seeming like they’re gonna commit fraud, we’ll, that’s just happenstance.

kandoh,

They’re hoping to find something like this in some obscure legal document

Amendment XXIX: Citizen Financial Autonomy

Section 1: The right of citizens to exercise full autonomy over their financial affairs, including the issuance of checks from accounts deemed dormant or closed by the account holder, shall not be infringed.

Section 2: Financial institutions and authorities shall recognize and honor the transactions made by citizens in accordance with their financial autonomy, regardless of the status of the account from which the transaction originates.

Section 3: No law or regulation shall be enacted that impedes or restricts the exercise of financial autonomy by citizens, provided such actions do not violate other provisions of this Constitution or existing laws.

And then it will magically force people into accepting bad checks

TheFriar,

Well, shit, you just made their dreams come true. If you just copy/pasted that they’d go out and write so many bad checks you don’t even know

Really what they’re saying is “show me where it says I can do this.”

But it says they can’t do it.

“No, I mean show me something I can point to that says I can.”

But they can’t.

“No, no, no. You don’t understand, I want something that says I can.”

Etc.

Volkditty,

I found the law, it says don’t.

stoly,

LOL: “I assume that I can get away with this, tell me how and help me justify it to myself.”

HootinNHollerin, (edited )

If they’re so sovereign they should just build their own. Cast that engine block in sand like a real man

BonesOfTheMoon,

And their own roads.
