Are there any actual testimonies that using a mechanical keyboard helped with RSI? I can find plenty of blog posts which suggest it helps, but no one who can vouch that it actually did. #mechanicalkeyboards#rsi
@postmodern I've never heard this argument and I've been using Mechs for 20 years.
It's not about the switch, it's about the layout. RSI is all about the position of the hands and wrists, which afaik isn't affected at all by the switch.
