I don’t think heroine works like that but the picture is pretty vivid.

Next experiment is stealing a kid to make them go through all the curriculum for grades and one day dropping them into a low-end office position.

Maybe one should choose another drug to alter another ones mind into thinking he’s the dragonborn. Maybe acid / shrooms, at least that was what Charles Manson did with some of his cult members to persuade them into killing other people.
