Congratulations! It’s similar in power but not ergonomics to my GZ250.
My tip is that if you’ve never ridden motorcycles before, practice in an empty parking lot before moving onto lazy neighborhood streets, then collector roads, then arterials. Make sure you can handle the bike at low speeds by shifting your weight.
Thanks, yeah sounds wise to me. Im def planning on being very cautious. Thing is, I live in the country, surrounded by dirt roads so they will be my training grounds
That’ll be fun to rip around on. My last dirty bike was registered as a MC and I got it plated (2009 KTM 450xcw). Didn’t ride it a ton on the street but it was always quite a feeling knowing you could literally go anywhere you wanted if you needed to :)
