You made it sound like mainly foreigners are targeted in your first comment but now you shifted your argument towards the whole population of this area is responsible for the condition they live in while they deal with poverty, a useless government and some assholes trying to turn the situation into profit with no regards of how it influences the people around them.
Pointing in the general direction and blame everyone for a very complex situation makes me think that you're not an intelligent person and definitely not one with the minimum of empathy humans should be able to bring up for one another.
