Yes this is of concern to the party. Many people have expressed such concern. If Biden should take direction, a strong leader such as Putin would be instructive. Am agreeing with the newspaper article. Also, I am young Democratic voter with many sexually degenerate friends and people of color.
Bizzare. I’ve held an elected position before, and gave 2-3 speeches a year to some pretty big audiences. I used note cards to make sure I hit all the points I wanted to hit, even had cards for questions I knew I would get. It’s completly normal, especially when your words are going to end up online forever.
Why it matters: Biden’s reliance on notecards to help explain his own policy positions — on questions he knows are coming — is raising concerns among some donors about Biden’s age.
