So far my experience of it is saying, no, you can't have this, no you can't have that. And nag nag nag. No I don't want office whatever, no I don't care about your cloud, no I don't want copilot. It's not really an operating system anymore. It's just a sales piece of bollox.

It wants rent. I'm studiously avoiding paying rent. I don't even want Windows11 and didn't buy it. It's an interim machine I have to cope with. I've wasted so much time trawling through the nags and bloats.
Peak 2024 garbage.
@TheDailyBurble@rye I switched all my daily drivers to desktop Linux, and have never been happier. My day to day on Windows was fighting off bloatware and constant security reboots, etc. etc.
@ai6yr I used to be a fan of biometrics and then when I started learning how much information was being capitalized on it has really made me yearn for a different world.
