Anybody got any good, novice friendly, visual tutorials on how to build simple user interfaces with ? I would like to move away from basic python tk windows and layer a proper looking user interface on top of my projects.

@gerowen I would not recommend building interfaces with Glade to begin with. First of all: it only supports GTK3, which is the frozen branch; then it encodes a bunch of decisions made a long time ago, and tends to make a mess of UI description files, to the point that you’ll end up fighting against the toolkit. Writing XML by hand isn’t a huge task if you wrote HTML even once; and if you do t like that, there’s Blueprint: https://gitlab.gnome.org/jwestman/blueprint-compiler and Workbench: https://github.com/sonnyp/Workbench

@gerowen I also recommend going to the GNOME developer documentation website for tutorials and guides, with examples in Python: https://developer.gnome.org/documentation/
