@ianRobinson Unlocking with my watch seemed to frequently not work even with it enabled only on my iMac. Finally gave up as it was less frustrating to log in every time with my password. "It just works" except when it doesn't.

@bosquebill It's been flawless for me for about a year, until I enabled it on a second Mac yesterday.

It's enabled again on my Mac mini now after I rebooted my iPhone and my Mac. Fingers crossed.

@ianRobinson Yeah, it clears up and then clouds up again. Over and over, from Mac to Mac. The randomness has become surprisingly reliable.

@WarnerCrocker It's enabled again on my Mac mini now after I rebooted my iPhone and my Mac. There hasn’t been time for the Mac to sleep yet to require Unlock. Fingers crossed.

@ianRobinson Interesting. My iMac24 has been on again off again during the last 24 hours. MacBook Air has stayed on. iPhone and Apple Watch rebooted several times along with the iMac. The mystery continues.

@WarnerCrocker I'm sticking with TouchID on my New MacBook Air. For my Mac mini, I use a mechanical keyboard with no TouchID.

@WarnerCrocker That’s what was happening here. When I rebooted both the iPhone and Mac mini (with the new Air shutdown), the setting on my Mac mini was on when I looked.

It's an iCloud issue.
