DJDarren, (edited ) I'm currently reading Laziness Does Not Exist, and it's certainly an eye-opener.
Read a part this morning that noted that studies show that, in an 8 hour shift, people work an average of 3 hours. That's astonishing.
And it's not that people just don't care (though that's certainly a part of it), it's that we just aren't designed to work for 8 solid hours at a time. There's no evolutionary reason why our brains need to do that. So they don't.
