The "I'd never taken [spoiler] in high school... Why had I ever given it up?" passage caused me to tear up. This piece of sketches how assistive tech could scaffold not just executive function and life planning, but also the pursuit of happiness. And realistically portrays the roles of trust and community in a way that reminds me of "The Good Place."
