@lcamtuf I had employer covered COBRA except for one or two elections totaling like $75/m (<5% of the total). So I paid my first month fee and set up it up to auto-pay the small amount going forward. Turns out that because I’d paid manually the first time (you have to…) they wouldn’t accept me turning on the autopay from the same account. But they don’t tell you. Found that out when the dentist said their submission had been declined because I didn’t have insurance.
