@NicholasBohm@neil When I was at University, I found an old student uni magazine from the late 80s where they were complaining about the university installing computer labs as a waste of money!
@Mactonex@NicholasBohm@neil Back when I was at school (early 90s) I was crap at art. But I had to do art classes, none the less. For one of my projects, I did some work in Corel Draw. It was rubbish, but quite a lot of work. I was given no points because the art teacher said "the computer's done it all" and deemed it not to be my work.
So there you go: if you're using a computer to do your graphic design job, you shouldn't get paid because the computer's doing it all for you. :)
@steve@NicholasBohm@neil Back when you were at school, you weren’t crap at art, you were in an environment that didn’t understand how to foster creativity. Your art teacher shouldn’t have been allowed anywhere near children.
