Twitter demands Microsoft audit a month after Musk declared, "Lawsuit time."

Lucinellia,

@arstechnica it's all kind of odds that the argument includes access in 2022 but I guess that makes sense to Musk at least given the pricing, and failure to deliver, of full self driving.

cymbalhead,

@arstechnica Taking on Microsoft? Wow. That's... not going to go well.

@arstechnica

I wish Twitter would just die and go away already.

biobrain,

@arstechnica I’m no lawyer but I’m pretty sure Musk’s only recourse to Microsoft violating their TOS is to ban them from using the API; which they already quit voluntarily. And I suspect Microsoft has better lawyers than the guy struggling for cash and mired in lawsuits because he won’t pay his bills.

Yet more proof Musk is a vindictive moron with tunnel vision who doesn’t understand how laws work.

pkoopmanpk,

@arstechnica
Someone is throwing a tantrum because Microsoft is refusing to pay.
