@Terra impostor syndrome. I think we all go through that. For me the problem is knowing I do not fit in a binary at all but really needed and love the estro and body changes.
Could be the Gothic Punk in me but I am going to be whoever the fuck I want to be and if that is not real enough for others, they can fuck off to whatever limited brain space they occupy.
