#today was my three hundredth continuous day of sitting and moving meditation. Just over two months to complete a year long streak. The chapter from 365 Tao for the day was about roots and growth. I think my roots are as strong as they've ever been. Time to spend more focus on the green shoots, a good image as I'm think about my next year of practice.
