@mariyadelano As a PM and recovering SE, I might add that it's possible that there's some good qualification going on here. That's not to say that there shouldn't have been some kind of response, but prospects often come in with an intro or demo request even though they are a poor fit for the company's "ideal customer profile" (ICP), which should be tailored to favor scenarios where the company will be a good fit and relatively easy sale, thus conserving resources...

@wcbdata that is definitely true, and could be a good opportunity for someone to do a follow-up study. But I do feel like they should be responding at least to say "no".
