This text from https://www.instagram.com/p/CzbayGoMhgJ suggests that only "trans*, inter* and non-binary" students can have their first name and gender entry changed, and that they must submit an explicit "declaration trans*/inter*/non-binary" to do that.
If that were true, then all other people would be excluded. I hope it's not true. I would prefer that we all be just normal people and that we don't attribute "abnormal" characteristics to some of us for no reason. Why can't we all change our name and gender?
