@fabzgy Maybe. Although this does more look like some medium to large size Polish firms trying to hold each other to ransom, rather than something directly impacting the consumer.

@mschfr @fabzgy Yes, but that was not what NEWAG was really trying to do here I think. What they're logically trying to do is make sure THEY always win the contracts to maintain these trains, and prevent anyone else getting those contracts. In other words: B2B anti-competitive, primarily.
