Hey @stux why are you blocking Threads? Just curious. I was hoping to one day combine the two communities I have, here. Splitting platforms is too hard and the Fediverse has promise that we do not have to be tied to these corporations

Failed for me too the first few times I tried, and I knew I wasn't blocking Threads. I think we might have tried during, maybe a code deployment or something.
BTW, it's only one way. You can see the messages from Mosseri, but he cannot see any messages coming from Mastodon yet. He's written that he logs into a Mastodon server to see responses to his posts.
He says it will be a good year before everything is working.
