@threemaapp Like Signal, we reached out to you with questions during our investigation:

1. How many of your active users use only Threema Push and no Push-service from Apple/Google/Huawei?

2. Of the 473 Threema-IDs you had to give data to governments in 2022, how many include push tokens?

3. Of the 462 Threema-IDs you had to give data to governments in 2023 so far, how many include push tokens?

You have this data. It would be great if you could provide these answers.

@andre_meister As a general rule, we do not collect, compile, or analyze data unless it’s absolutely necessary, and we only keep it for the shortest amount of time possible. Therefore, past government requests and details concerning them have been deleted. The number you’re looking for obviously lies in the range of 0–473/462. However, as stated in our post, an FCM push token doesn’t necessarily link to a Google account.
