Clarification of the 2nd amendment to state that the only legal reason to carry arms in public is to resist the authority of the state.

Cop:"why you got a gun? They're illegal"
Citizen : "fuck off pig or I'll shoot you"
Cop:"your gun is legal now , carry on"
