A) writing in its oh-so-sophisticated “you get what we really mean” style
B) assuming the reader knows facts that are not explained in the lede
C) as a result, giving the impression that Trump is making a serious argument
D) thus creating a “both sides” narrative out of dissimilar events
E) cutesying it all up by framing the whole thing around the nebulous concept of “reality”
F) paving the way to hell with not-so-good intentions
G) all of the above
