@kevinrothrock The times were the USA could swipe the 4th army in the world (First Gulf War) or getting a country army collapse in a few weeks (Serbia) are over. Biden, Trump, etc... got the memo but obviously not Rasmussen.
Times were Russia could swipe their neighbour's army in matters of days are also over. Putin did not get the memo though.
