Is '#hydration' a bit of a beat-up? I got to thinking about this, AGAIN, after @jojoeffe mentioned her New Year's health resolutions yesterday. I have long thought it was an unnecessary obsession to drink 2 litres of water a day: the ubiquitous personal water bottles that were not a thing when I was a kid.
